Q. Do you provide a booking contract?
A. Yes, once we have recived your enquiry we will send
out a booking contract along with a music request sheet.
Q. How long do you need to set up?
A. We ask you to allow an hour, although it is normally
set up quicker than that.
Q. Do you require power?
A. Yes, we ask that there are two 240v mains sockets
available for us. We do carry extension leads so they don't
necessarily have to be in the exact spot.
Q. What is PAT?
A. PAT stands for Portable Appliance Testing. It basically
means that our equipment has been tested by an electrician
and is safe for use.
Q. Do I need to supply the DJ with drinks or anything?
A. None of our DJ's will drink alcohol whilst they are there,
and you don't need to supply them with any drinks, although
a soft drink or two would be appreciated.
Q. Will you play on past the set finish time?
A. This is at the discretion of the DJ and must be agreed
with the venue management. The cost of the extra time
is £20 per hour, and must be paid before any extra entertainment.
Q. Do I need to pay a deposit to secure the booking?
A. Yes a 50% deposit is needed to secure all bookings.
Q. When do I pay the balance of the money?
A. You can either pay the DJ in cash on the evening of the disco
before any entertainment begins or by cheque 7 days before the event.
